The vegetating economy had a setback in treatment today. The House of Representatives today passed Americas first Death Rattle aka the Cap and Rape-- Trade... meant cape and trade bill.
This bill, which is built on the pretense that somehow humanity is responsible for climate change, which hasn't changed since 2001, will put massive costs on the backs of the US citizenry. Bad science at it's peak. If the Senate fails to sink this bill, it will mean depression era level of poverty and unemployment. Businesses will jump ship faster than they already are. It's like the 219 traitors who voted against America are digging their own graves.
America never signed on to the Kyoto Treaty but the same cancerous spirit is now finding it's way into the veins of America.
I believe all of this is going to lead to a new Reagan (who in my book was good not great at his job, but lightyears ahead of any other presidents of the 20th century.) and Obama is our current Carter. I just hope we can get through it to see a new Reagan.

Really, Mr Obama?
Anyone who takes five minutes to look into terrorism will notice a recurrent theme. Majority of the money that is used to fund terrorism goes through the Iranian regime. These riots are a perfect opportunity to deal global islamofascist terrorism a major blow by funding and aiding the protesters and allowing freedom to reign in Iran. Who cares if the dictators of Iran are crying and blaming the US for these riots?
Iranians love America. A lot. They appreciate the fact that we've never supported the theocracy that controls the country, but if Obama drops the ball on this and fails the Iranian people, we miss the opportunity of turning a former ally-turned-enemy back into an ally again and ending the reign of the largest state that supports terrorism.

Geek of Rage
I am a Geek. Yes, it's true. My heart will flutter at the site of a D&D book. I dream of Cylons (Eight if you're wondering). I have spent entire days on Wookieepedia. However, I'm also a Geek of Rage.
Why rage? Because I watch the news. I see countless injustices everyday. I consider myself a political follower of Thomas Jefferson and through his influence I see the tentacles of Tyranny wrapping around the throats of every American, trying to control them and drain them of every tax dollar. A trend that hearkens back to Woodrow Wilson.
But I have plenty of time, I hope, to bore you with facts and such. I am fascinated by current events especially the turmoil in Iran. I see it as another example that the people, the citizens, of the world are going through a second enlightenment period. The socialist governments of today, which have had power for around a hundred years here in the states, are losing major credibility. The socialist experiment we've been living under is coming to an end evidenced not only by the Iranian revolt but also by the EU which as swung to the 'right'.
But that's enough for now. I prefer to let the crazy out in small doses.
